Order Policy 

• All online orders must have a minimum value of ₹500.
  Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for orders ₹1,000 and above.

Orders not meeting these criteria will not be processed.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Once an order has been dispatched, no cancellations or refunds will be entertained under any circumstances.

Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are additional and applicable based on the order and delivery location.

Credit Policy
We operate on a strictly no credit policy. All orders must be paid in full before dispatch.

Age Restriction
Our services and products are available only to customers aged 18 years and above.

Delivery Location

We proudly offer home delivery of fireworks across Belgaum city with fast and reliable service.

For locations outside Belgaum (within a 100 km radius), we accept orders valued at ₹5,000 to ₹10,000 and above, subject to a confirmatory advance payment.
Such orders will be processed only after advance confirmation and logistics approval.
